Being upfront about costs is really important - nobody likes a surprise bill! However, without understanding what is going on in your specific circumstances we can't give you an exact cost - but what we can do is give you our minimum fees.
Once we understand you and your circumstances, we will provide you with an upfront proposal that details the services we will provide over the next 12 months, and their cost.
Compliance Costs
This is the "keep you out of trouble" stuff.
Individual ITR (PAYG)
Our basic Tax Return starts at $220 inc GST.
Individual ITR (Sole Trader)
Running a sole trader business? This starts at $440 inc GST.
Rental Properties
Each rental property will attract an additional fee of $220 inc GST.
Trading Company or Trust
This is the preparation of year end Financial Statements & Tax Return for a Company or Trust running a business, starting at $1,980 inc GST.
Investment Company or Trust
This is the preparation of year end Financial Statements & Tax Return for a Company or Trust holding passive investments, starting at $1,320 inc GST.
Business Activity Statements
Monthly or Quarterly preparation of a Business Activity Statement, depending on your registration. Starting at $275 inc GST per lodgement.
ASIC Agent Management
Directors of companies are required to keep ASIC updated of any changes, as well as ensuring they remain registered. This service does so on your behalf from $264 inc GST per year.
Sexy Accounting Stuff
Compliance doesn't add much value to your business. This is the stuff that does.
Tax Planning
There is no point looking back at last year's taxes and wondering how you could have saved on them. This service is held in April- May and looks at what your likely tax position will be for the current year, and provide strategies to reduce your tax effectively. From $660 inc GST.
Business Planning
Starting up a business is a daunting task. This is a half-day meeting (with homework to prepare for it) to get you moving with a fleshed out business plan that kickstarts your business. This is a set cost of $1,980 inc GST.
Ongoing Business Meetings
Great, so your business is up and running... Now what? Are you profitable? How can you improve things? How are you tracking your goals? How are you extracting wealth? Each meeting starts at $660 inc GST.
